Sports drinks are not generally consumed by everyday people but by those involved in very heavy workouts ,hours in gym or running for hours!
Any alcohol should be avoided beer, wine , liquor champagne etc.
All tea, coffee, cocoa etc., should be consumed with nothing added!

Store bought juices are usually full of sugar and other not so healthy ingredients. Homemade juices are much healthier those made with a blender not a juicer!
